Satin Acetate #3 Blue

Satin ribbon in the color of blue measures 100 yards long and 9/16" wide.  Ribbon is made of 100% acetate.  Ribbon has a great shine and is value priced.  This narrow size is often used to dress up bud vases.  Also, used in smaller floral design work such as corsage or boutonniere.
